This is such a flattering dress! I was afraid it would be too busty and too tight at the waist/stomach area so I sized up by one, and it was perfect. For reference, in most brands I wear a medium. HoliChic is similar to French sizing in my opinion (like Maje or Sandro) where the bust area is on the smaller side, so I usually purchase a large just in case (and I can tailor down the waist if needed.) In this dress, I sized up to an XL, and I have not needed to tailor anything.
