  • How do I place my purchase?
  • Pick your holiCHIC ensemble, select your size based on our measurement chart. Place your purchase and leave a comment in note section if you’d like to provide additional details on measurements, colors or style. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
  • Do you offer special services for weddings?
  • Yes, holiCHIC can work to design a broad range of wedding attire. Send us a message with your specific request.
  • How long will it take to get my holiCHIC purchase?
  • Most pieces take 6-8 weeks to be delivered. Accessories typically take 1-2 weeks. You can find the exact timeframe of each outfit listed in the description.
  • What is included in my purchase?
  • The exact specifications of each look are listed in the description.
  • Can I purchase just a part of an outfit?
  • Yes, please visit our separates section under clothing or send a note with your specific request to ami@holichicbymegha.com
  • Is there an extra cost to change the color or style of blouse?
  • No, because each piece is custom-made, any changes to colors or blouse style will be completed at no cost to you. (This excludes our ready to ship collection)
  • What happens if my outfit doesn’t fit me?
  • With the various methods of taking measurements, there can sometimes be errors with fit. We encourage you to size up in the event that you are debating between two sizes. All our garments come with margin to tighten / loosen if needed. We offer sizes XS-XL, and various skirt lengths. Please note all of our skirts are worn high waist.
  • What is your return / exchange policy?
  • Due to the nature of our garments, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. We are not be able to process a cancellation once an the order is processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
  • How do I wear the piece so it looks like the models in the photo?

  • Do you design customized outfits?
  • Yes! Visit our “Inspired by you” tab or e-mail us at ami@holichicbymegha.com to get started.
  • Do you accept orders from outside the USA?
  • Yes, please email our Director of Operations nidhish@holichicbymegha.com for shipping/VAT costs.
  • What are your shipping fees?
  • We charge a $18 flat fee for to ship anywhere in the USA. International shipping costs vary based on location.
  • Where are your clothes made?
  • All of our clothes are made in India.
  • Do you have a storefront?
