What is your exchange / return process?

US orders:  We allow exchanges or store credit within 14 days from the day your package is delivered for orders shipped to a US address.

There will be a $15 handling fee for returns. To initiate the process enter your order number and email or zip code in the return form:  https://returns.holichicbymegha.com/

All International including CA (outside US) sales are final. 

Final Sale Items:  **All Graphics and items labeled "final sale" are excluded from this policy and are considered final sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Meta Pay.

How do I know what size to pick? 

Each outfit has it's specific measurements listed under the SIZING TAB of the specific product. If you tend to fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up unless otherwise noted in the product description. 

Do you sell ready to ship pieces?

Yes. The majority of our products are in stock and ready to ship. They are available in standard sizing.

How long does it take to receive your pieces?

Most items ship within 1 week within the Domestic USA & within 3 weeks Internationally. You can find information for each piece in the individual product shipping section. 

My size is sold out, what do I do? 

Based on the style type, we occasionally restock our top sellers. Sign up for notifications within the individual product to be the first to know of a restock. 

An item I want is no longer available, what do I do? 

We occasionally restock select designs based on popularity. However, we strongly encourage clients to purchase items when they are launched in the event we do not restock. 

Who is responsible to pay VAT / customs duty?

holiCHIC is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional costs to receive your items.

Is there room for adjustment / alteration in the pieces?

We do leave ample margin in our pieces for minor alterations. Most alterations can be done at a local seamstress / dry cleaner. 

My package was returned to holiCHIC, what do I do?  

Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at info@holichicbymegha.com
