Returns / Exchanges

US orders only: We allow exchanges or store credit within 14 days from the day your package is delivered.

There will be a $15 handling & restocking fee for all returns. To initiate the process enter your order number and email / zip code in the following return form

The following products are excluded from returns and / or exchanges:

  • Graphic tees, tanks & hoodies
  • International orders including Canada
  • All items labeled "final sale"

In some cases, items can arrive damaged due to shipping & handling. If your item arrives damaged, please email info@holichicbymegha.com with your order number.

Sizing

The specific measurements of each product can be found on the Sizing Tab within the specific product. If you tend to fall between sizes we recommend sizing up unless otherwise noted.

Yes. The majority of our designs come with ample margin allowing for easy alterations with a local seamstress or dry cleaner.

As all items are ready to wear and ship within 1 week, we do not offer any customizations.

On average, most pieces ship within 1 week within the Domestic USA.

Orders over $250 always ship complimentary

Standard shipping fees range from $5 to $20 based on weight and location. Orders over $250 ship complimentary

International orders including Canada ship within 2-3 weeks. For specific shipping timelines, please click the shipping tab on your preferred product. Shipping fees range from $20-$50 USD based on location and is calculated at checkout.

For a small % of your order you can fully insure your package in case your items are not delivered or lost in transit. This is an optional service.  If you opt to decline Route Protection, holiCHIC is not held liable for lost packages.

holiCHIC is not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional costs to receive your items.

Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. If this is the case with your order, please contact us at info@holichicbymegha.com
